Highly recommended. Renovated, clean, neat, equipped and designed 1 bedroom in the most central prime location possible just few steps from the central pedestrian Vitosha street in city center and at the same time 100% silent and quite being on a side street facing back. Everything matches the descriptions. Top excellent bed mattress, strong wifi, great water pressure in the shower and hot water 24/7, a very smart big tv with all the apps and options possible in it, the under floor heating is amazing keeping the place warm and cozy, I walked bare foot on the perfect wooden floor and it was wonderful. Communication with the hosts is super quick, easy and smooth, they do everything asap to accommodate and please the guests. I stayed 2 weeks and it was great.

I’ve stayed here many times now and the main reasons are because of the parking, the comfortable bed with clean fresh linen and the quietness of the apartment. It’s on a main road but I’ve never heard any other noise. No parties. No noisy neighbours. No strange noises. I hired a car and there is a designated space for it in a private car park directly outside the building. The apartment is on a main road providing a good place to be to drive into the city or get on the road to other towns. Communication with Cosher has always been fast and helpful. It is a clean modern building and there are two elevators. No steps into the building or stairs once you are inside unless you choose to take them. When I need somewhere to stay in Sofia I always check availability here first.
