It is a wonderful apartment close to the metro station, a park and the old part of the city. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very clean, has air-conditioning in both rooms and the kitchen has all the utilities you need.

Plaja foarte aproape și apartamentul mare si spatios. Invazia de țânțari a fost destul de deranjantă, complexul ar trebui sa faca ceva in legatura cu asta altfel va ajunge la faliment in cativa ani.

I loved how spacious each rooms was, the cleanliness and the whole apartment was very comfortable to use. There was also available coffee pods, cutlery, pots, pans and plates, which were all very well picked out. I also loved that the floors everywhere were the same big tiles, very grounding to walk around on. The windows did not have nets against bugs, but there was a transparent curtain that replaced it.

Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to a large store and a bus stop, which was very convenient. Check-in was easy and clear. The apartment had everything I needed, and overall I was very satisfied with my stay. Thank you!

5 stars!! The apartment is quiet, convenient, centrally located, very comfortable (great bed!), recently renovated, and all was as expected. The host was 10 stars - he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for a very late, last minute arrival. He answered all questions immediately and made suggestions to help me find all the things I was looking for (money changer, SIM card, etc.). I will definitely stay again! As an FYI - the bathroom is a wet bath/room, which was new to me - but all is new, with hot water and great water pressure!

Me, my girlfriend and our cats stayed for 7 days at this cosy and modern apartment. It has all amenities, comfortable furniture, good water pressure and private car parking. Great hosts - especially Ivan. We fell in love with the place and will definitely book again in the future! A big thank you for the peaceful and friendly stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 days and we really enjoyed the place. Everything was just as described, clean, aesthetically pleasing and the balcony accompanied by the mountain view was great. The kitchen had the needed equipment for cooking as well. There were shampoos and dousche gels in the baths. If only there was a hair dryer it would have been great. The communication with the host was super great and fast! Overall we loved the place and will definitely be back again!

The house was as we expected.Cosher is a very caring and friendly host, he responds very quickly to questions.The location of the house was very central, close to everywhere.We did not have any problems during our stay.If I come to Sofia again, I would choose Cosher's house again.
